Love this brace. So in correcting posture, you need to actually practice / develop using your muscles to maintain your posture. This corrector is not just meant to be a crutch that is gonna hold up your body for you forever. It helps your body become used to feeling upright with your arms set back so you can stretch out the front of your chest. You find then that it’s not weird and no need to be insecure to have your chest out, and your shoulders are meant to be set to your side not in front of the body (rolling forward)!! Honestly, I wore it for a long time the first time and less and less since then. After getting used to the sensation of having an upright posture, my body now prefers to be upright instead of curled up. My body learned to be conscious of when it slouches bc my shoulders or neck react by aching in bad posture more and more. All in all I would deinfitely recommend this posture corrector! So I tried like 3 different posture correctors - this is one is great and the one I am using, but what the manufacturer needs to do is to add soft armpit covers so it does not cause discomfort under the arms. Love that it is elastic and comfortable. If you guys make this one tweak, you will very likely be the best posture corrector (I tend to do loads of research and be somewhat picky :)

I really like this posture corrector, unlike other ones with only the shoulder straps this also brings your shoulders down and back instead of up and back which is the correct anatomical position. The hard piece on the back has foam to make it more comfortable on the back and the elastic straps are just the right level of tightness, they have give but not too much and that makes it comfortable for wear over a long period of time. I would recommend wearing a shirt with sleeves because I could see how there could be chaffing under the arms but otherwise, I am very happy with my purchase and my upper back and shoulder pain has already been reduced. Bonus is the nice drawstring bag it comes in :)

No thick glob of material under the arms that literally would stop blood flow to my fingers. No riding up in the back that others would end up almost on my neck. I got this product because a shoulder injury. My physical therapist said that I have my shoulders curled up (what causes the muscles on my chest to shrink and forces other muscles in my shoulders), and I should correct my posture. I bought this brace at the suggestion of my PT for neck/shoulder pain from slouching. There were many choices but I picked this one based on the adjustable straps that looked comfortable. I was not wrong. The brace does take some getting used to because it corrects your posture and the muscles don't like that at first. I have moved up time gradually and my pain has decreased since when I first started using it. I am already sitting straigher on my own too. The brace is fully adjustable and that makes it as comfortable as possible. The straps are great...it just takes awhile to get used to sitting up straight.
